Irish Whiskey Dinner

This St Patrick’s Day, Vivo’s award-winning chef Bill Reardon is poised to flip the script on Irish food and elevate the cuisine to new heights! For St. Patrick’s day Chef Reardon and David E Rudman, a sommelier and spirit beverage expert from Brescome and Barton, have put their heads together and produced an unique menu of inventive Irish fare and distinctive Irish whiskeys. The pairings are designed to highlight and compliment the unique nature of each Irish dish and Irish beverage.

Mr. Rudman will be your host as we guide you through our originative Irish fare and spirits experience! The dinner starts on March 17, 2015 at 6:00 p.m.
