Mother's Day Brunch in Hartford at VivoWe’re thrilled to offer our 2016 edition of the classic springtime tradition of Mother’s Day Brunch. Located on the ground floor of the Hartford Marriott Downtown in the heart of the Front Street District, Vivo’s Mother’s Day Brunch event is an easy and special way to show the mom in your life just how much you care.

Our extensive buffet brunch menu offers something for everyone.  Seatings are available from 11:30am to 3:00pm on Sunday, May 8th 2016. $39 per person, subject to CT State sales tax.

Chilled Seafood Display

Chilled shrimp cocktail w/ horseradish Dijon sauce
Chilled oysters w/ shallot mignonette
Shucked littleneck clams w/ Sirachi chili sauce

Smoked Salmon Display
Chopped egg, red onion, capers, whipped cream cheese & sliced tomato

Fresh Fruit Selection
Sliced pineapple, cantaloupe, & honeydew
Blueberries, blackberries, strawberries & raspberries

European Meats & Cheeses
Prosciutto di San Daniele, capicola, sopressata, saucisson w/ black pepper
Display of cave aged cheddar, goat cheese, Sage Derby,
Parmigiano Reggiano, & Boursin w/ assorted crackers & dried fruit

Carving Station
Prime Rib – cabernet au jus w/ horseradish sour cream
Oven Roasted Leg of Lamb – rosemary au jus
Baked Ham – orange bourbon sauce

Omelet & Waffle Station
Featuring fresh vegetables, potatoes, lobster meat, duck confit, ham,
cheddar, Gruyere, Gouda & American cheese
Warm Vermont maple syrup & apple cinnamon compote
Assorted breakfast pastries

Pasta Station
Choice of Penne or Tortellini w/ Marinara, Alfredo, or Bolognese
