Vivo has a “brilliant” plan for you this New Year’s Eve. Vivo Seasonal Trattoria will once again be offering a mouth-watering, four-course gourmet dinner menu. Choose from small plates: oysters on the half shell, bosc pear and candied pecan salad or seared sea scallop. After the intermezzo, go right into a choice of: filet mignon, lobster tail, statler chicken breast or rack of lamb. $75* per person.  Dinner hours are 5pm-11pm with seatings at: 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm,  7pm, 8:30pm and 10pm.
